Kautz Consulting is headed by a PGA professional with over thirty-five years of golf operation and management experience. Brian has a proven track record of moving golf operations from struggling to stable and from bankruptcy to solvency.
A Life in the Business of Golf
Brian has been working in the golf industry since he was thirteen years old. Whether it be in course maintenance, general golf operations, or food service, Brian possesses hands-on experience. His ability to see the business beyond the realm of a golf professional was quickly recognized and led him into the role of facility management. He consistently finds lanes to connect players and courses.
Beyond his experience in high-end private clubs, Brian has worked successfully in both resort and semi-private golf operations. In his over thirty-five years of management experience, entities have always increased revenue and efficiency as a result of his involvement.
In this phase of his career, Brian wants to share his wide ranging knowledge of the business of golf and work with operations to strengthen their success and, ultimately, grow the game of golf.
